Base Impact is a transformative platform founded by David Filice, a 25-year veteran of the music industry, dedicated to teaching life-changing principles through the universal and energetic power of music. Through engaging keynotes, workshops, and training programs, David inspires workplaces, schools, and communities with programs that go beyond traditional approaches, offering fresh perspectives and actionable tools that foster synergy, collaboration, purpose, and resilience.
David’s extensive career as a bass player, producer, songwriter, engineer, and music educator has taken him to stages around the world, from intimate clubs to stadiums. His work with platinum and Grammy-winning artists, along with his compositions for film and television, showcases a powerful combination of creativity, adaptability, and perseverance. David’s talks are further enriched by his experience surviving one of the deadliest concert disasters in U.S. history, offering unique insights into overcoming challenges and finding strength through adversity.
With Base Impact, David translates the enduring lessons of music into impactful strategies for personal and professional growth.
